- Iraq has held local elections, largely without problem. Analysts expect Maliki's State of Law coalition to do well, in part because the rise of Sunni rebels in Syria has made Iraqi Shiites rally around Maliki.

Haha, I thought the article was talking about building a greenhouse, not a "green house." I was very confused for a few paragraphs, thinking, "wow, we just collected a bunch of old sliding glass doors and went to town."
Are good jobs gone?
Depends on how one twists the language. Ketchup = vegetable. "Meaning of “is”". "Quantitative easing". "Extraordinary rendition".
Perhaps "cubicle serf" is better than "skilled labour"? If so, "good jobs" can be created by fiat, like pictures of dead presidents printed in green ink on pieces of paper, or their equivalent, magnetised particles on rusty disks.
